During this week we had breakfast one morning, desserts one afternoon, and today there was a BBQ feast for lunch. There was a drawing for Monster truck tickets for 4 of our lucky employees.

Superior Gearbox honored Fred "Skip" Casper for 33 years of service. Skip began in 1992 assembling gearboxes. He has worked in the casting, inspections, lathe and express departments. Skip's family also was in attendance today. His wife Pat and daughter Christy with son-in-law Michael and their children are very happy for Skip.

Lloyd Roemhildt is the Plant Manager at our Waterville Minnesota location. His 17-year-old daughter Miley won the title of 2025 Miss Elysian (Minnesota). Her talent was welding that she placed first in. She welded a cactus sculpture using 76 horseshoes, 24 spoons and the rotor off her car. The sculpture took her 20 hours to complete. Lloyd’s other daughter, Madison (7) was crowned 2025 Princess of the Lakes attendant. Congratulations to the Roemhildt family.
