– 1958 Neil Sullivan sets up shop (Sheet metal and Machining – engineering and fabrication) – N.J. Sullivan Co. Inc. opens their doors on S. Nelson St. in Arlington, VA
– 1961 N.J. Sullivan moves the plant and offices to a new location on West Broad St. in Falls Church, VA.
-1978 N.J. Sullivan continues to grow and it expands their product offering to include more and more items for the electrical construction industry. gains approval of local electrical utilities to manufacture equipment to be installed on their grid. The continued growth requires further expansion and N.J. moves to Loudoun County, VA
