This was a great project to be apart of. We took this 50 year old 50x80x14 building and brought it back to life. This was a unique building because it was red iron and wood construction. With the red iron web trusses and full footings piers I knew this building had great bones. This building was about to come down as the south wall was completely pulling away. The biggest problem with this building was ventilation. The Nebraska winds were slowly tearing this building apart. We added gable vents to allow ventilation through the building. We rebuilt the south wall added more post between the red iron beams, replaced all rotting girts and purlins, rebuilt 12x12 split slider door, closed off part of a sliding door and replaced opening with an overhead door, rebuilt north wall header and rebuilt entry door frame with a new entry door. We installed a new roof and all sidewall metal and trims. Mahooney concrete poured a new floor and apron on the front. This building is now a brand new building ready for another 50+ years!

It breaks our hearts to see something like this happen.

A couple trusted a contractor with $90,000 upfront — only to be ghosted with nothing to show for it. Stories like this are upsetting, and unfortunately, they’re a reminder of how vulnerable homeowners can be in this process.

Throwback to 2019🔙⏮️

A customer came to us with an idea outside the box of what we normally build— a billboard. We were up for the challenge and took it head-on.

It pushed us to think differently, get creative and apply solid construction principels in a new way. In the end, we delivered a billboard that’s still standing strong today — and we save the customer a lot of money in the process.
