Employee Spotlight: Thomas Brotherton, Assistant Superintendent – Northeast Region 🌟

This month, we're proud to spotlight Thomas Brotherton, an Assistant Superintendent who has worked for Freyssinet USA for over 10 years.

Thomas was nominated by his peers because he consistently goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Recently, a jobsite required a bicycle path detour. Without waiting for instructions, Thomas made sure the area was properly drained, added crushed rock to eliminate muddy conditions, and ensured the public had a safe, dry path around the site. He did this on his own initiative, simply because he takes pride in how our company shows up for the community.

Thomas embodies the kind of leadership Freyssinet strives to represent every day.

Freyssinet has a long history with this bridge, beginning in 2012 as the post-tensioning and stay cable contractor. Since then, we've returned many times to complete major stay cable inspections, helping keep this iconic structure safe for years to come.
