N C Production and Grinding, Inc. Precision Blanchard grinding and machining !This site is currently under construction! We are located in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

We are a precision blanchard grinding and machining job shop and have been serving the metal working industry since 1988. We can either grind or machine from a single detail to a high volume production run. Services include, but not limited to:
-Blanchard grinding up to 34" high X 72" long,
-Milling and machining,
-Can work with all types of materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hardened tool

steel, etc.
-Specializing in close tolerance blanchard grinding (Flat, parallel & Square within .002 per 12 inches),
-Micro finishing up to 8 micro (on certain materials),
-Six-side square, etc. We have done work for defense and aerospace, heavy equipment, machine tool, manufactures and parts for the automotive industry, as well as the tool, die and mold industry.
