Can’t wait see the final result! We’ve had 2 guys working hard all week digging out this old sandblast bay so we can up our paint booth game! When I tell you the sandblast sand was in every nook and cranny, I mean eeeevery nook and cranny and boy was there a lot of it. It was a job even Mike Rowe would’ve thought twice about. 😂😂😂

Anyone out there have tips and tricks for using airless paint sprayer in industrial fabrication? That’s where we’re headed and it’s a lot different from air spraying.

Smarter not harder, everyday. 15 minutes designing this jig, 10 minutes cutting and prepping on the Langmuir Systems crossfire pro, and 5 minutes setting up saved hours in laying out and drilling these holes.
Lots of pieces coming together for a new premium hot walker being released by our customer. Can’t wait to see the finished product by an awesome partner of ours.
We use Rogers Manufacturing, INC. punch presses and press-shears in our shop because of their reliability and phenomenal customer service.

Got a call from a company needing assistance reducing smoke and spratter in their robotic aluminum welding cell. We were able to get the smoke and spatter but uncovered some repeatability issues in their system along the way. A little disappointing we didn’t leave with everything running 100% but hopefully this will set them up to build a rock solid system that eliminates scrap parts and reduces post process clean up.

Sometimes you have to get creative!! I never dreamed that when we more than 4X’d our shop space (900sqft to 4,000+) 6 months ago that we would be pressed for space but the work just keeps coming!

How it started vs. how it’s going… A unique design for a sliding gate that is sure to stand out to passersby!

CAD used to feel like a necessary evil just to run our plasma. For us it has developed into a tool that allows us to plan jobs, make design mistakes, and make shop drawings for our manufacturing. This has saved tons of wasted material, and wasted hours fixing problems we could quite anticipate in our head.

Sometimes it’s hard for a customer to fully visualize the idea they think they want. With our CAD system we can produce a 3D model of the finished product and share it with our customer for them to view from their phone, tablet, or laptop for them to get a better picture of their finish product!

This little upfit definitely wasn’t on the todo list when we started this week but an old customer showed up and needed a “simple, simple” welding trailer and needed it fast. We couldn’t do just simple simple, but we managed fast and it came out too good not to share… lead hangers with custom company logo ✅ torch bottle holders ✅ custom integrated toolbox/basket combo ✅ new floor ✅ new paint job ✅
