Contractors, land pros, and homeowners across North Florida trust us to deliver equipment that keeps projects moving.

Not every renter walks in knowing exactly what they need.

That's fine.

We'd rather take five minutes up front than send someone out with the wrong machine.

Mike left us a five-star review after his first rental.

Here's what he said:

"Zeb was very helpful pointing out safety features on how to use the machine. Professional and courteous."

That's the part of this job that matters most.

Getting someone the right equipment and making sure they know how to use it safely.

If you're new to renting equipment, that's not a problem.

Just tell us what you're working on.

Call us and we'll help you figure out the right fit.

Not every excavator fits every job. The ViO35 exists for a specific reason.

Some sites need more than a compact 1.7-ton machine.

Some sites won't tolerate a 5-ton excavator swinging its tail into a fence or a wall.

The ViO35 lands in that middle ground.

3.5-ton class. Zero tail swing. 11 feet 3 inches of dig depth.

That's real depth & real clearance.

Utility trenching, residential foundations, confined commercial sites. That's where this machine earns its place.

If gate access is the problem, the ViO17 is the better call.

If you're doing heavier foundation work or excavation, go bigger.

Tight lot. Utility corridor. Swing clearance matters. The ViO35 fits..

This is what it looks like when a rental company actually shows up.

Denise needed a track loader on short notice.

Not tomorrow. Not next week.

Within the hour.

Zeb delivered it and walked her through it. Right machine, right job..

That last part matters.

Anyone can drop off a machine and leave.

Taking the time to confirm the fit, that's the difference between a rental company and a partner.

Denise said it better than we could.

Delivery within the hour and he showed us how to use it and confirmed it was the right tool. Real service.

Every rental.

When you need a CTL but the gate is the first problem.

You have material to be moved. Mulch to spread. Paver to install. An area to be cleared and leveled for a pool.

A CTL is the tool, it's built for production work.

But a standard machine won't clear a 48-inch gate.

That's where the decision actually starts.

Access.

The KRT ST900HD weighs 3,900 lbs with a 44" overall width.

It's purpose built for residential work.

Backyard grading, material moving, patio prep, landscaping.

Same attachments as a full size machine.

Real work capability in a smaller footprint.

If access is the limiting factor, fit matters more than raw size.

Not every site is suited for a wheeled machine.

Some jobs demand tracks.

The John Deere 317G CTL runs on 61 HP and handles up to 2,125 lbs rated operating capacity.

Tipping load is 6,070 lbs.

Lift height to hinge pin reaches 10 feet 1 inch.

And tracks to go where wheeled machines get stuck

Move material. Grade it. Prep the site.

Soft ground. Wet conditions. Uneven terrain.

This is the right machine.

What kind of site would you put this to work on?

Soft subgrade doesn't show until after the driveway fails.

That's too late.

A soft base before a pour = ruined concrete.

Uncompacted aggregate.....moves under load.....pot holes everywhere.

And rain makes it all worse.

Proper compaction means a stable base and adds years to driveway life.

The Bomag BW145 is the solultion

A 10,000 lb ride-on vibratory roller.

It runs a 56-inch smooth steel drum with dual-frequency vibration.

That combination handles both soil compaction and asphalt work.

Driveways, road work, house pad prep.

The machine on this trailer is ready to go to work.

The machine that fits the job can still sink the access path.

June in North Florida means rain.

The site might be ready. The access path might not.

Wet clay holds water long after the rain stops.

Right-sized equipment can still struggle with site access. Getting on and off the property is its own problem..

Deep ruts.

That's the part most people don't think about until delivery day.

Before you schedule, walk the full path. Not just the work area.

Consider how many passes that path will take. Delivery, pickup, and any repositioning during the job.

Each pass on saturated ground adds risk.

Machine weight is a factor before the first bucket goes in the ground.

If the path looks soft, it probably is.

This is worth thinking through before you call, not after the truck shows up.

Save this for when you're planning your next delivery during rainy season.

Some jobs are too deep for a mini. Not deep enough to justify a full-size machine.

That's the gap the John Deere 50G fills.

Footers. Deep drainage. Stump removal. Pond work.

Jobs where a smaller excavator runs out of reach before you run out of work.

The 50G digs to 11 feet 7 inches. Reach stretches to 20 feet 6 inches.

That's a different category of capability.

Zero tail swing keeps the machine working in tighter conditions without sacrificing digging force.

Bucket digging force comes in at 8,267 lbs.

Still compact.

But built for real depth.

If you're deciding between machine classes, the job scope should drive the decision. Not the daily rate.

Undersize the machine and the job takes longer. Sometimes a lot longer.

Not sure if the 50G is the right fit? Call us and tell us what you're working on.

June in North Florida doesn't give you much margin.

Rain rolls through on its own schedule.

When it clears, the window to work ground opens fast.

Contractors and property owners in Bradford, Union, and Clay counties know this rhythm.

You plan around the weather, not against it.

Dry window opens.

The job either moves or it doesn't.

That's where equipment availability matters.

A machine that's maintained and ready when the window opens is different from one that isn't.

We keep our equipment serviced and available so your dry days don't get eaten up waiting.

North Florida's building season doesn't pause for logistics.

Not every job has room for a wide swing.

Most excavators swing the counterweight wide when they rotate.

On an open site, that's fine.

Within feet of a fence, wall, or utility line, it becomes a problem.

The John Deere 50G is zero tail swing.

When it rotates, the rear of the machine stays within its own footprint.

Perfect for tight access.

It changes what you can safely do on a constrained site.

Think about residential footers near a property line.

Trenching beside an existing structure.

Excavating close to a retaining wall.

On those jobs, a conventional machine may not fit the swing radius you actually have.

Zero tail swing wins.

The 50G also carries real dig depth and reach for its size.

It's not a compromise machine.

It's the right machine when the site demands it.

Before you rent, walk your site and note what's within ten feet of your work zone.

That one check changes which machine you should be calling about.
