It just amazes me how people go so far out of their way to run local businesses into the ground. I send work to Josh's on a regular basis, as he sends me work on a regular basis. When I have a rude customer, a non-paying customer, or an overloaded work schedule, I give him a heads up. We truly look out for one another. When someone leaves both of us a bad review, what is the problem? The problem is that individual. We both take a lot of pride in our business and work. I took the time to respond to this review and was very professional about it. I hope the person that bashed us behind a screen name sees this. Some would be really surprised how far away people come from for both of our services. Luray Hikers, I hope you have a better day.

Due to health reasons, I'm not at the shop. Bobby is there on Fridays. With the nasty voicemails and social media post about us, we are at our wit's end. I'm human, just like everyone else. Things happen! My wife and I treat everyone with nothing but respect and kindness. The rudeness we're getting is uncalled for. I truly don't want to close the shop down, but we will. I have no problem using it for my personal use. We truly love our business, but it's only so much we can take before someone causes us to be rude. We are very grateful for all the support everyone gives us. As soon as I'm better, we'll be back on a better schedule. Thanks for being understanding, and we truly love all of you for everything.

Since posting this picture I have received a lot of calls. The question has been how is that car sitting on the lift? I’ll post the link below. This is the safest wheel adapters I have found. If your adjusting suspensions this is a must!
