Crescent systems just recently got UL and CSA certification on our electromagnetic drives. Our drives are used in vibratory feeders which are more sanitary and easier to operate than conventional weigh belts. Crescent drives are all stainless steel construction with electrical components epoxy sealed to make them completely waterproof.

Crescent Systems exhibited in Northwest Food and Beverage World on January 14-16, 2019 at Oregon Convention Center. We have participated in this convention for many years. It is a great opportunity to network with old and new customers and discuss their applications. We exhibited our patented Magna Weigh, Micro Feeder, and Bag Filler. It was a good show.

Crescent Systems developed a Micro Feeder to dispense high value ingredient at a gram level. We successfully dispensed 0.1 grams of product at a time and very accurately.

Crescent Micro Feeder
Normally we develop and manufacture large capacity systems for accurate weighing of products into a process line. This development, however, is for very small weighments, for accurately filling 0.5 grams and 0.25 grams of high value products into small containers. This equipment is suitable for pharmaceuticals, expensive spices like saffron, medical ma*****na, and other similar products.

We tested this system and it works beautifully.
