NOW HIRING: Laser Technician – CNC Fiber Laser
Decatur, IL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

This is a 1st shift position, and it's our only shift. That means no rotating schedules, no nights, no weekends. Just a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule so you can count on your time outside of work.

Align Production Systems is looking for a skilled Laser Technician to join our team! If you take pride in running equipment the right way — not just fast — we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:
• Operate CNC fiber optic laser equipment
• Set up jobs, verify materials, and run programs
• Perform quality checks and secondary operations
• Work alongside a solid fabrication team in a clean, organized shop

What we're looking for:
• Experience with CNC equipment (laser, plasma, press brake, punch, or waterjet)
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong safety mindset and attention to quality
• Bystronic fiber laser experience is a big plus!

This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role in a real manufacturing environment.
