Valtec Hydraulics Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Manual Machinist to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for Machining parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, & drill presses. Successful candidates are organized and detail oriented.
Full Time Position: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. (Monday thru Friday)

Primary Responsibilities
• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and components. May also fabricate & modify parts to make or repair machine tools and industrial machines. While applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, layout, and machining procedures.
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic reading, writing, & arithmetic skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
