This 2005 HAAS TM2 Vertical Machining Center is a great choice for any shop looking for a toolroom CNC mill. It has a 40" X-axis travel, 16" Y-axis travel, and 16" Z-axis travel, allowing for a wide range of machining operations. The rapid rate for each axis is 200 IPM, and the maximum table load is 1,000 lbs. The spindle motor is 7.5 HP and the spindle speed is 4,000 RPM, with a 40 CT spindle taper. The machine also has a 10 ATC tool changer. This machine is in good condition and is available immediately. Toolholders are not included, but the machine does have a HAAS CNC control. This is a great machine for any shop looking for a compact 3 axis CNC machine.

I am writing in regard to a machine that we have manufactured to produce a Stay In Place Concrete Forming System. We were contracted to manufacture this System for a start-up company here in the United States of America and based on a product they were importing from Italy. Unfortunately, by the time we completed the System, their start-up company went out of business. Their loss is your gain.

The System is a complete Coil Feed Application with a High-Speed Press to lance the Expanded Metal, a Rollformer to form the eight ribs and expand the center webs, a Shear Cutoff, and a Sheet Stacker. Custom Rollform Products is primarily a manufacturer of Special Sheet Metal Fabrication Equipment. This is a Rollform Line we built approximately twenty (20) years ago to produce 7 Ga. to 16 Ga. Vertical Stiffeners for the Grain Bin Industry. The System featured our Pre-Tooled Variable Width Rollformer to produce two (2) similar profiles that would nest together in a quick changeover application.
