Our team packed 300 kits with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and a washcloth for students visiting the Little Bit Boutique. Small kits, big impact. We cannot wait to do more! 💪

Our familia came together last weekend to celebrate the holidays and wrap up an incredible 2025. Cowboys everywhere, a mechanical bull, axe throwing, and nonstop fun—this year’s holiday party did not disappoint!

Huge shoutout to .chestnas for putting together such an amazing event. And a special moment hearing from our CEO , who reflected on a huge year of growth—over 130 employees strong, an incredible management team, and committees that truly made an impact.

🚧 We’re Hiring! Join LUZCO as our next Constructability & Outage Sequencer and help shape the future of safe, efficient power delivery.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Engineering, CAD, ROW, and Outage Coordination to develop and manage outage sequences for substations and transmission lines. If you love problem-solving, coordinating moving parts, and ensuring projects stay on track—this might be your perfect fit.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

-Develop and coordinate outage sequences
-Use EDOA, EMS, GIS, OPPM, Cascade & MS Office to plan and track outages
-Conduct field walk-downs to validate clearance points
-Keep outage documents updated and accurate
-Support meetings and provide constructability solutions
-Ensure compliance with PJM standards
-Build strong relationships with clients
-Travel to job sites as needed

🌱 What We’re Looking For:

-Associate’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
-2–4 years of substation or transmission field experience preferred
-Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
-Ability to interpret drawings, solve problems, and manage multiple projects
-Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license
