Common gym design mistakes usually have nothing to do with the quality of the equipment.
They come from how the space is planned.
Poor flow. Overcrowding. Choosing equipment that doesn’t match the users. Ignoring how people actually move through and use the space.
A fitness center can have great equipment and still feel frustrating to use if the layout isn’t right.
Good design starts with understanding the people using the space and building around that, not just filling the room.
