PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALIST: The directive for each HTE sales unit is to field a team of ‘Productivity Specialists’, who together with the TECHTEAM are capable of assisting customers with the optimal application of the products we represent, assist in cost saving initiatives, help find ways to improve productivity, and facilitate in-plant safety improvements. VALUE ADDED SOLUTIONS: Each of HTE’s service units have dedicated facility areas and staffing to provide a full complement of custom services for all major product families across the sales units. Separate service teams composed of experienced factory-trained engineers and service technicians specialize in design, fabrication, assembly, kitting, repair, certification, installation and retrofitting services.
