We’re thrilled to share some big news — Trevor Hansen, Dan Jarvis, and Dave McCoy are stepping into new leadership roles that will help shape the future of MXH!

Trevor Hansen is taking the helm as President of Metal Exchange, leading our global trading teams in St. Louis, Moulton, Zurich, and Shanghai. With decades of experience in metals trading, Trevor is all about team alignment, consistency, and building strong partnerships with our customers worldwide.

Dan Jarvis is expanding his role as CFO, now overseeing finance across Metal Exchange and Pennex. He’s guiding strategies that fuel growth, efficiency, and long-term success across the company.

Dave McCoy, as Chief Administration & Strategy Officer (CASO), leads Corporate Development, IT, Marketing, and Global FP&A. Dave’s focus on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence strengthens every part of MXH.

These updates highlight our commitment to vision, strong leadership, and living our values of Safety, Integrity, Caring, and Growth.

Members of our Executive Leadership Team recently spent a day volunteering with Operation Food Search, helping sort 2 ½ pallets of raw potatoes for families in need the very next day.

It was a simple reminder that a few hours of time can make a real difference. Giving back is part of who we are at Metal Exchange, and we’re grateful for the chance to support organizations like Operation Food Search and the incredible work they do every day.
