Building Systems Engineering: Our MEP engineers are known for solving tough problems, especially for energy efficiency, life cycle costs, life safety and sustainability. Projects include the Illinois Youth Center - Pere Marquette, and numerous work under IDIQ contracts for NGA and Scott Air Force Base. Working with prominent architects, projects include award-winning Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield, IL, City of Ladue Fire Station No. 2, CIC@CET, and Old Post Office renovation. Civil Engineering: EDM's civil engineers have an expertise in stormwater and sewer design projects for municipalities and utilities as well as site development for architects and developers. Clients include Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, Missouri Department of Conservation, MoDOT, IDOT, City of Frontenac, City of Hazelwood and many other municipalities. Clients return to EDM for engineering services on a regular basis, and many of those relationships span over 30 years. Project Management: EDM organizes and manages projects involving our engineering design to create a complete facility package for our clients. Government facility engineering upgrades, industrial facility improvements and equipment upgrades are examples of recent successful assignments.
