Using a 4-Foot Bow and Industrial Hot Knife, Olga Ziemska sculpted this massive human head out of a giant block of EPS foam for an art installation at the Westin Cleveland Downtown hotel. The entire sculpture is covered in wooden disks made from local trees that were taken down.

The cake broke the world records for fastest edible cake and longest distance covered by an edible cake.
