J. R. Holman Excavating, LLC is a growing small St. Louis region excavation company. We have an immediate opening for 1 heavy equipment operator. This position will be primarily running a 963 Cat highlift, Takeuchi skid-steer and PC 300 and Takeuchi mini excavators. I would also like experience driving a tandem dump truck but not a must have. Please only apply if you have several years experience running these machines.

We primarily work within St. Louis County and City, with residential builders- demolition, digging basements, backfill, grading and misc. general excavation work. You will need to have experience working on residential job sites.

Hourly rate is based on experience. This position is hourly and a 1099 will be issued. We cover the liability and workers compensation insurance. We offer competitive pay based on experience and opportunity for bonus, and promotion. I offer overtime including weekend work. No medical benefits available at this time.

I don't expect you to have experience driving a dump truck but if you can or are willing to learn, you will have a higher chance of getting hired. If you have a class A or B CDL, even better.
