Completing the week with this complete system. This 10-ton double girder bridge crane ships alongside a 120-foot freestanding runway — crane and runway fabricated in-house.

The crane has a 60-foot span and offers 15 feet of hook height with an R&M Materials Handling, Inc. SX50 low headroom electric wire rope hoist and Magnetek Flex EX radio controls.

Three cranes out the door this week! Our fabrication team shipped a 5 ton double girder with a Detroit hoist, a 10 ton explosion proof double girder, and the first crane on a 28-unit order — a 12.5 metric ton double girder with a 96 foot span. Twenty-seven more to follow on that last one.

Three of a kind! Our team shipped out these three matched 15-ton Top Running Double Girder Bridge Cranes — each built to the same spec and ready to go to work.

Each unit carries a 56-ft span and 26 ft of available hook height, powered by an R&M SX5061 Double Girder Electric Wire Rope Hoist Controls on each crane are handled through a Magnetek Flex EX Radio Remote with a spare transmitter and an independently festooned 8-button backup pendant.

We recently completed a series of three shipments over the last few weeks to deliver six custom 5-ton under running bridge cranes. These units are designed to operate on a massive 740-foot freestanding runway system, providing a complete lifting solution for the facility.

Each crane is equipped with a Detroit electric wire rope hoist and features a step-cut girder design to maintain a low profile. To manage six cranes on a single runway, we integrated anti-collision systems and Magnetek Telependant radio controls for precise, safe operation.

Monday morning started with the shipment of this custom 1-ton under running double girder bridge crane. The system features a specialized twin hook rotating hoist with hooks spaced 8 feet apart.
Capable of continuous 360° rotation at 1 RPM, the hoist allows for precision load positioning via a Magnetek Flex 8EX2 radio remote. For added safety, integrated LED line lights project a boundary box on the floor around the hooks during operation.

It took three days and multiple trailers, but this complete 20-ton lifting solution is officially on the move! Our team handled the entire package, from the 125-ft freestanding runway system to the 41-ft span double girder bridge crane. This system features dual 20-ton R&M Materials Handling, Inc. hoists with Magnetek Flex EX tandem radio control and a laser collision avoidance system.

Ending the week on a high note as these custom cranes hit the road for delivery!

Our team engineered this pair of 5-ton bridge cranes with notched, side-mounted girders to maximize overhead workspace without sacrificing capacity. These systems feature R&M Materials Handling, Inc.
