SCI recently joined residents, project partners, and community leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of the Clinton-Peabody redevelopment in St. Louis.

This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative redevelopment focused on creating quality affordable housing, modern community amenities, and new opportunities for current and future residents while honoring the neighborhood’s history.

SCI is supporting the project through environmental, geotechnical, cultural resource, and construction materials testing and inspection services. We are grateful to contribute our expertise to a project that will strengthen the Clinton-Peabody community for generations to come.
