Stan Hopkins has been in the Land Development and Consulting business for over fifty years. He worked for the City of Ottawa, Planning Department where he trained in Urban Planning for five years. He then immigrated to California and spent twenty years working as a civil design engineer with three noted Civil Engineering companies. He has extensive experience in project management and construction, completing a variety of projects. He understands the challenge of competing in one of the worlds most dynamic real estate markets; Southern California. His career over the last four decades has seasoned him as an advocate for project entitlements for diverse development projects.
