Some jobs are about more than replacing equipment, they're about continuing a legacy.

Last week, one of our customers, Hunter from Letts & Demery, a 4th-generation pump installer, pulled a Goulds Water Technology GS Series submersible pump from service that was originally installed by his grandfather somewhere back around 1992. After an incredible 34 years of dependable operation, it was finally time for replacement.

In an industry where reliability matters and downtime is rarely an option, stories like this remind us why quality equipment and skilled craftsmanship go hand in hand. The original installation stood the test of time because of both a well built pump and the expertise of the people who installed and maintained it.

This week, we had the opportunity to travel up to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota for hands-on training with the team at SJE Rhombus.

Over the course of the training, we learned pump panel setup, programming, troubleshooting, and the many capabilities their control solutions have to offer. Beyond the technical knowledge, one of our biggest takeaways was the incredible culture at SJE. Their staff works as a cohesive team and fosters a family-oriented atmosphere that was evident throughout the entire experience.

The training was well organized, and we returned with valuable knowledge and expertise that we can immediately put to work for our customers in the field.

We're excited to add SJE Rhombus control panels to our custom wastewater basin packages. To better serve our customers, we'll be stocking both simplex and duplex panel configurations, along with a wide variety of floats and level sensing options.

A big thank you to the entire SJE Rhombus team for hosting us and investing in our success. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to putting this training into action!
