Construction.. remodeling… both can cause dirty filters quickly. Please check your furnace filters weekly if you are remodeling… vacuum out the supply ducts/registers after any remodel. Sheetrock dust is the worst!!!super fine and can pe*****te the filter so good idea to have your coil checked after any remodeling.
