One of our Regional Sales Managers recently returned to Ames High School as a guest speaker to share his career journey with students. He began at Precision Tank as a part-time welding intern while attending college, became a full-time welder, and today serves as our youngest Regional Sales Manager in company history. His advice; "learn to become an asset to your team and company.”

Manufacturing isn't just one job—it's an industry full of opportunities. Skills learned in fabrication, welding, and production can open doors to engineering, project management, quality control, sales, operations, and leadership.

We were proud to be part of the conversation and encourage the next generation to explore careers in manufacturing!

The team at our Virginia facility recently created these custom Precision Tank signs using our new laser system, and we think they turned out pretty sharp.

From daylight to after dark, they make a pretty good statement about who we are!
