Take a look at some of our most recent JTF-1H machine builds this first quarter of 2022. We still have a little ways to go to finish up completion on these machines with wiring and testing, but we are excited to show how close we are getting.
Our model JTF-1H is a general purpose, punch and jaw type, tube end forming machine. It is capable of producing many different types of end forms in thin-walled copper, aluminum and steel tubing.
Having a capacity of up to 1 1/8” O.D. tubes. Some end forms can be produced with a single punch, some require the use of two punches and some can be done by simply closing the jaws on the part. The machine has a selector switch for each of these settings. The tooling can be changed from part to part very quickly, two to three minutes to change tools and make the setup.
A FEW FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS...
* The machines manual cycle is used for machine setup, the automatic cycle is foot actuated.
* Tooling can be designed around customers drawings or sample work pieces to get exactly what you need.
* The punches and clamp jaws are constructed from hardened tool steel, punches are hard chrome plated for wear resistance.
* Its tube size capacity is up to 1 1/8” O.D. tube.
* It offers single, double or jaws only punch cycle, the time for a single hit is 1.8 seconds, a double hit is 2.8 seconds.
* Offering a simple quick-change tooling schematic.
* The machine footprint is 8’ x 8’ with operator, height is 60”.
* It requires compressed air 80-100 PSI, electrical power 3 phase, 60 hertz, 240 or 480 volt.
* It's hydraulic system is 20G-6GPM-5HP.
