We have had a great day delivering equipment in Georgia! Saw a Rainbow 🌈 right before leaving North Carolina which assured us, it was going to be a good day! We delivered a LP96 to a grower in Bowman Georgia and then hopped over to Crawfordville to deliver another LP96.

The grower in Crawfordville has 8 - 66’x700’ broiler houses! 😮 Wow! Our houses were 40’x500’ and that was a gracious plenty for us!

We had a great visit to a farm in Troy North Carolina yesterday! It was great weather for delivering this Creek View LP96!

It’s always a pleasure meeting with the customers. We didn’t have to explain how to use the pulverizer because they had been borrowing a neighbors and were very familiar with it.

We did remind him that after he’s done pulverizing, make sure you wash underneath to clean the flails and then spray them with a lubricant to keep them moving freely.

There are also 3 bearings and the PTO that need to be greased after each use.

If you keep your Creek View equipment well maintained, it will last you a long long time!

Let's talk about the flails on the Creek View Pulverizers. They are made from hardened American Steel and measure 0.20" thick, which is slightly thicker than 3/16". They are free moving to tear through that hard top layer of cake and pulverizes the litter into a smooth bedding.
The flails are a wear item and need replacing over time. If you are starting to hear a tinging sound in the pulverizer box or they look like our example picture, it may be time to replace your flails.
We offer a flail replacement kit that includes all the flails, bushings, bolts and hardware needed to do a complete flail replacement. Manufactured by Creek View.

6 ft - LP72 = $375 + freight
8 ft - LP96 = $475 + freight
10 ft - LP120 = $575 + freight
*These are heavy packages (the LP96 kit weights 66 lbs) therefore freight can range from $50-$100 depending on your location.

Turkeys and more Turkeys! We had the pleasure of visiting a new Turkey Farm in Eastern NC on Tuesday. These new turkey houses are amazing with the tunnel ventilation and center feeding. Turkey houses have come a long way in the last 20 years!

We delivered a 42" Self Pulled Litter Pulverizer, the LP42SP, to this grower. He plans to use it during the brooding stage to break up caked over areas and expose the dry litter underneath. The unit is equipped with a Honda motor and it is not as loud as a garden tiller or tractor. Therefore, it doesn't scare or over excite the poults.
