We had the opportunity to build a memorial bench for the Piedmont City School System.
I want to thank Scott at Radical Powder Coating &Media Blasting in Cedartown Ga for coating the bench for us to give it a more durable finish to last for many years.

Well, I went from mobile structural welding first part of the week to all aluminum welding the rest of the week. It’s always something different and never boring.

Working close with the guys of Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps to get their season of Band Competition underway. Almost have their band props ready to start building. A little more R and D to go. Aluminum frames make it lighter so they can get them out on the field fast.

On some year models of Chevrolet rally wheels they were coated with a black primer before they were painted with the top coat. I did the same thing here with a black Epoxy Primer then several top coats of GM Argent Silver Metallic. Customer was happy with the results.

Horse trailer with fabrication done to have a serving window and made into a concession trailer. Once the fab work was done it was blasted and primed with a high grade Epoxy Primer.

“WHERES THE BEEF?”
Well, the younger crowd may have never seen the commercial from years ago but if you look at the grapple claws I straightened them back out then I “BEEFED” them up with 3/8” thick reinforcing steel to withstand the pressures of every day heavy use. Check out the before and after pics.

When you don’t own a $4000 bevel machine for pipe you have to do it manually. This is a small sample of beveling every joint to be welded. It takes time but it has to be done.
