We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist who will be the driving force behind our billing process. This key player will ensure the completed work-order is received from the service department and processed to the point where it is submitted as a final invoice to the customer. This role is imperative to ensuring a positive customer experience. Providing timely and accurate invoicing is a necessity!



RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Interpret and accurately transcribe technician notes from work orders for invoicing for all service and maintenance calls on a daily basis

-Research and resolve any job cost issues as needed

-Communicate with service department if additional information is required prior to invoicing

-Compute profit margins according to client contracts

-Accurately code and format work descriptions, itemized costs, sales tax, and totals clearly and concisely

-Enter data into portal for processing / invoicing



SKILLS:

-Ability to type 30-50 WPM

-Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment

-Good problem solving and critical thinking skills

-Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

-Pays close attention to details to ensure a high level of accuracy

-Excellent communication skills via phone, in person, and electronic correspondence



QUALIFICATIONS:

-2+ years experience in Billing Coordinator, Invoice Specialist, or other relative position

-Prior experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or other service industries

As a Dispatcher with Market Equipment, you will be the first point of contact for our commercial clients as they reach out to open a contract, schedule preventative maintenance, request emergency repair work, or follow-up on an existing work order. You will be vital in creating new work orders and coordinating service HVAC / Refrigeration technicians to various commercial sites. Attention to detail is imperative, as is the ability to multitask while on the phone and operating various computer programs.

Our growing team is seeking a caring Dispatcher for the Riverdale, Utah area.



Job Duties:

-Evaluate work loads and schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.

-Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring prompt & quality customer experiences

-Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for service managers

-Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business

-Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.



Requirements:

-Ability to use a computer and other office technology

-Effective telephone and administrative skills

-Familiar with data entry systems

-Great written and verbal communication skills

-Attention to detail

-Adaptable and strategic





Preferred:

-2+ years in phone-based customer service or previous dispatch experience a plus!

-Prior Grocery Store / Supermarket experience

-Prior HVAC / R exposure preferred

Are you a certified HVAC/Refrigeration Technician looking for a place to build your career - not just another job? We are looking for techs to help on preventative maintenance and repairs for our Commercial partners in and around the Spokane, WA area.

Whether you are just starting out or have years in the trade, Market Equipment is the place for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain, diagnose, and repair multiple types of refrigeration systems, as well as all mechanical and electrical components related to the equipment (such as self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems, etc.)

· Collaborate directly with grocery store managers and store directors

· Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary

· Maintain proper van stock, tools and safety equipment on work van



SKILLS:

· Good judgement for use of supplies and materials in refrigeration repairs

· Attention to detail and critical analysis for diagnostics and work performed

· Professional communication skills

· Mechanical aptitude

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Washington Electrician / Trainee License

· 2+ years prior HVAC/R experience preferred, but we will train the right tech

· Be available for ON CALL work as needed

· Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/background investigation/ driving abstract as needed

BONUS POINTS:

· EPA license highly desired

· At least 2-3 years of grocery refrigeration /HVAC experience highly desired

· Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigeration industry highly desired
