It's beginning to look a lot like Turkey! Yesterday we had our annual visit from Terry the Turkey thanking all of our people who make Hotstart what it is. It's been a great year and we are looking to keep things going! Thanks to all our team in Spokane, Houston, Chicago, Tampa, Knoxville, Birmingham UK, Koln Germany, and Tokyo Japan for your hard work and dedication! Happy Thanksgiving to all and to all a good night!

It's spooky season with some spice added in! We had our annual Hotstart Halloween contest and Chili Cookoff today and the competition was fierce! Congrats to Matt with the winning pot of spicy goodness and honorable mention to Mike. Mike was a two time winner when he tied with Sarah for People's Choice!

On the costume side, Tara as Death by Dessert took first in individual costume with Erin as French Toast in a close section. And the winning group costume went to the engineering department with their loving tribute to their fearless leader Joe! Thanks all for participating in the fun!

Milestones are important to celebrate. Even after 81 years as a company, we are still raising the bar with this great team of ours! Today we took the time to celebrate our first $70 Million year in the history of the company with some new company shirts and David's Pizza! All the Hotstart folks around the world joined in on this accomplishment. Thanks to you all getting us here!

Today was also a day for chili! Our annual chili competition brought out 17 pots of various meats, sauces, and spices. Congrats to People’s Choice Louie, 2nd place Bree, and the new Champion Mike!
