Kitchen install in Austin Texas. A combination of field welding and on-the-fly modifications made for a successful trip! The air was hot, and heavy. When we weren’t working, we found time to try some Texas BBQ, haven’t ever had better!

Put this Mendocino farms together in Arcadia Arizona in June. The air was 115. It was even hotter in the parking lot. Came together great!

A truck ripped out a section of cyclone fence at a local business. We rebuilt 5 posts. I like to pass the pipe/tube thru the base plate and double weld. This also acts as a weep hole so water doesnt build up inside the pipe. 16 gauge galvanized posts, 1/4" baseplates. We polish off the galv prior to welding. You can see the original base plate didnt have any weep hole. Sprayed a zinc rich coating on exposed steel post fab.

Client brought in a drawing of a light bar he wanted to have fabricated out of aluminum. We put it in AutoCAD, had the bar CNC cut, formed and welded. The end product was exactly what they wanted.

We got asked to design and install a stainless steel duct cover. Circumstance allowed us to use a no exposed fastener offset clip system to install this awesome shroud. Another one down. On to the next.

A class 1 kitchen hood and wall cladding install we did for St. George Catholic church in Post falls Idaho. included make up air and mushroom fan exhaust. Adjusted the T-grid and cut a lot of ceiling tiles. Got a pic in the line up of what it looks like on top of the hood. Its a tight space.
