We’ve got a lot going on at the moment and feeling very blessed. Several repeat orders as well as new work that has the promise of becoming repeat orders. Looking forward to what the next 8 months has in store for us.

Things are super busy at the moment and I’m loving it!! Processing 4900lbs of steel sheets (16GA, 14GA, and 10GA), Jake is welding up a bunch of 3/4” plate steel parts, and I have a complex welding project I’ll be getting to in the morning. Oh and the sun was shining today so the shop bay doors were open to let in the amazing sunshine.

Finally had the opportunity today to make some parts on the PipeDream Plasma cutter. Felt good to actually get some seat time on it. I’ll post a few videos next.

Here is another video of a cut that I did today. Not an actual part as I’m still in the programming and testing phase. I’m absolutely thrilled with how amazing this piece of equipment performs and the cut quality of provides. Looking forward to using it for actual jobs. Capable of cutting 1” OD up to 10” OD Square/Round tubing, Angle Iron, C Channel, and Flat Bar. This is going to be a game changer in the shop. Stay tuned for more to come.

Ok, so after a slight delay, I am pleased to announce that the Pipe Dream is up and running. This was the third test cut of the day. Lots to learn on the programming side but man this is going to be so slick.

It’s all set up!! Tomorrow is training day and learning how to use the PipeDream CNC. This will be a great addition to the shop. I’ll post a video tomorrow once everything checks out.
