How to set a default program on startup!

If the center of gravity of your gripper and your part added together is six inches from the end of the robot arm, then the payload of your robot might not be what you think it is. Make sure to pick the correct robot!

Not to mention that many brands will not let you Max out the payload curve at full reach and full speed of the robot.

With this setup we were loading a piece of material, flipping it into step jaws for op2 with the robot where the machine makes 2 pieces from 1 piece of stock and then the robot unloads both parts

Don't forget to put a fuse inline between your robot power supply and the 24V power input to your robot I/O!!!

We just started offering our machine tending solution as a DIY kit and our first customer knocked it out of the park! started installing his system on a Monday and ran Lights Out Production all night Thursday on top of running and managing his business.
