This is our latest home site project—two pads for 3,000 sqft single-level duplexes. After clearing trees and removing topsoil, we moved nearly 2,500 cubic yards of dirt to set the foundations and create a subtle slope for the driveway. Once construction is complete, the customer will spread the topsoil back around the yard and possibly bring in more dirt later to soften the slope in the rear. Keep us in mind for any clearing, grading, and demolition. We are well equipped to tackle just about any small to medium size site work.

New to us Kobelco 350. It will help where its little brother the 170 struggles a bit lately on some bigger trees and stumps. Message for any clearing needs in the upstate SC area.
