We took over making parts for Barry Stuart who started making floor parts for the 190SL. My wife was 7 months pregnant with our second child when I quit my job to go full-time into this business. My 3 year old

son had to wear safety glasses to watch TV because of my hand-cutting steel parts in our living room. We grew from our home into a 12,000 sq ft. building on 11 industrial acres by 1986. We strongly believe that God has sustained us through these times and blessed this business despite our shortcomings. We believe that God owns everything including K&K Mfg. and we are privileged to run it. We give honor and glory to God for all He has done for us through the years. We started making 190SL parts and around 1988 started making parts for the 113 chassis cars, the 230-280SLs, and now the 107 chassis cars, 350-450SLs. We started with rust repair parts and branched into most others, as you will see when you browse through the catalog. We are the world's only manufacturer of many of these parts. Contained in our facility are a pattern shop, tool making, and 6 presses from 50 to 300 tons. You will receive personalized service from Tim, Cheryl, or Jeff. In addition to manufacturing parts we have also restored over 40 cars. This has provided us with a good working knowledge of what it takes. We are constantly striving to be the leader in production parts for the Mercedes Benz coupe and convertible models from the '50s through the '70s. Many of the parts also fit the sedans. We just delivered this beautiful early 55 190SL to a client who will be finishing the rest of the car himself. This client has a really good eye and really pays attention to detail. The car came to us in good original condition as far as rust, but it still needed lots of work to get to this point. We stripped it down completely and everything was redone with the utmost attention to detail. This car is about as flawless as they get. The fitment and finish on this car when we were done was nearly perfect.
We are stepping back from doing full restorations, and trying to do less and less of them. For now we will still do some of the steps such as sheet metal, but no more complete restorations.
As always we will continue to manufacture and provide a full range of parts for the 190SL, Pagodas, 107's, 110/111's, and many parts for the 300SL's and others. Let us know if we can help you make your dream a reality.

A few pictures of the progress on the 250SL we are doing. On this one pretty much every single panel is new. From the nose panel, fenders, quarters, frames rails, floors, tail panel. If you look back this car has had everything taken off of it and meticulously gone through, replaced, and reassembled. This is a beautiful color combination and I know one lucky guy that is really going to enjoy this car when it is done.

Quite possibly the last 190SL that we will ever restore. Over the years we've restored over 100 190SL's. We are getting away from doing full restorations on these. We will still be doing all the frame and floors and possibly some sheet metal body work for customers. We will be focusing on manufacturing, and selling our parts world wide.
