Meet our June Employee Spotlight, Ashely Tovar, Customer Services & Warehouse Manager in our Queretaro, Mexico facility.

Ashley Tovar began her career with Apex Tool Group 13 years ago as Customer Service Manager, where she led the Domestic Customer Service and Order Entry teams supporting the U.S. and Canada.

Today, she serves as Customer Service and Warehouse Manager, overseeing both the Mexico Distribution Center and Raw Material Warehouse.

During her tenure, Ashley has contributed to several key achievements, including delivering best-in-class distribution center operating cost performance, improving operational efficiency across the DC and warehouse, maintaining strong customer satisfaction survey results, implementing a warehouse management (WM) system, increasing inventory accuracy, and reducing inventory shrinkage, which resulted in an exception for the annual physical inventory for the DC.

Apex Tool Group, LLC is proud to be part of the communities where we live and work!

When Matthew Anderson from our Apex Distribution Center saw a post about The Mayor’s Golden Egg Challenge, he suggested including the ADC fountain as a hunt location and just like that we were part of the fun.

The challenge? A five day city wide egg hunt turning Apex, NC into a real life treasure map. Each day eggs were hidden at local landmarks with clues shared on social media for the community to track them down.

From March 25 to March 29 residents followed clues across Apex, NC supporting local businesses and connecting through a fun shared experience.

Moments like this remind us that ATG is not just where we work it is part of where we live.

Earlier this month, ATG held their 2026 National Sales Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, bringing together 215 associates from sales and cross-functional support teams for a truly milestone moment.

For the first time ever, the North American Hand Tools and Global Power Tools ATG sales teams came together in one unified event. It was an incredible opportunity to align on priorities, share best practices, and strengthen collaboration across ATG.

With the theme GROWTH NOW, the focus was clear: operate with urgency, stay disciplined, and execute with intention. Together, we’re committed to closing the gap between where ATG is today and the full potential ahead of us.
