Starting June 6th, we will begin performing these on goalkeepers. The J4GK SAQ Assessment in collaboration with VLX Performance and Owner Shon Peace was created with the goalkeeper position in mind, measuring the exact physical qualities that matter most between the posts. Here's how it works:
Pre-Season Assessment (Starting June 6th) —10:00am or1:00pm (you pick). We establish your goalkeeper's baseline. Where are they starting? What are their strengths? Where is the real growth opportunity?
Post-Season Assessment — We test again at the end of the season. Same standards, same measurements. Now we can see exactly how far they've come.
Cost for these assessments will only be $20 each (Pre/Post).
New: Sunday Small Group SAQ Sessions: 6/7/2026— Ages 11 & Up | $40/session
Speed, agility, and quickness — dedicated day, focused format. These Sunday sessions are built around the same SAQ principles at the core of everything we do here at J4GK, designed to complement your keeper's weekly training and play a direct role in assessment improvement from pre to post.
