To our valued customers:
I’m sure that everyone is aware of the concern regarding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. We understand that this is a very serious issue, and we are doing our best to remain up to date with the latest information from the CDC and take the recommended precautionary steps to avoid the spread of the virus.
As of right now, unlike many places in the US, our company is still allowed to remain open for business. That being said, we have to take necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees here at Winder Police Equipment.
Starting Monday, March 23, 2020, we will be temporarily suspending any walk-in services and pickups in order to minimize our risk of exposure to the virus.
This means no flashlight repairs, no walk-ins for over the counter sales, and no customer order pickups.
Any orders placed will need to be done via phone or email. All orders will be delivered to customers via UPS or another appropriate method of parcel delivery service.
I understand that in some cases, customer/client visits are necessary. Under those circumstances, visits to our company will be by appointment only. Depending on the service needed, you will need to call or email Dick, Derick, or Doug and schedule a day/time to come in.

Be advised: Anyone who has been exposed to the virus or is showing symptoms will not be permitted to enter our building or be in contact with any employees.
