Couldn't be more pleased with the 1+ 30w system. Super easy to use and much faster than expected with the high speed settings. PLA-CF Parts came out perfectly!

These are prototype parts for a client's product development project. Production parts will be printed out of ASA or CF Nylon after we test and validate. Printed on a A1 with adhesive on a PEI buildplate.

We have been very busy at KPD and have not had time to post, so here is a 3D Scan of a side cover for a customer to upholster for their truck build.
When you can't find parts or only have one side and need the mirrored side, utilizing & to create them is a great way to achieve this without hunting for parts for months. Stay tuned for the and results!

Xometry(LEFT)vs KPD(Right) ASA Print Quality

We did this a few months back and never posted it. As you can easily see our part is much higher quality, lower layer heights. And actually I tolerance. The Xometry part is physically smaller than it should be and the layer bonding on the first layer and other layers are trash. This I another reason to take a few extra minutes to talk with us and get your parts the way they should be instead of trusting auto upload sites.
