Full time Receptionist / Book Keeper

Duties – answer phones, take messages, and filing.

Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Check Preparation, and Financial Reporting.

Preparation of Lien Waivers and mailings, some Collections, experience with title companies helpful - but not required.

Wages commensurate with experience, prefer previous construction office position.

Company offers – paid vacation, paid sick time, retirement plan, and health insurance.

Willing to train motivated candidate.
