Some late night shenanigans with this like new 13k mile SL. Pulled 4 top pistons for service, new valve cover gasket and timing cover gasket. Shout out to for helping me pull the hard top off and hangin out

Team don’t panic #801. Mike’s car had alot of troubles this time around with two differential swaps and literally one axle shearing off with the hub and the other side needing to be replaced for a CV failure. I ended up helping out to replace the bearing and hub so car 801 one can get back on track.

This series is unlike any other series where everyone helps each other out even if your competitors. I hear there are other race series out there that are a little more cutthroat no one will help you… the camaraderie isn’t there . has an amazing community of fellow racers and for that reason car 801 was able to get back out on track within an 1.5hrs and still able to compete! Everyone contributes parts, tools and labor.

From getting a swirl pot together within two days, brand new swaybar links and them breaking and one only lasting two hours. 3x broken wheel studs before catastrophic failure. one being mid race and and all found by chance. I was able to extract the one(notice the crack) without it fully breaking during Sunday’s race. 🫣 the travel time and all-nighters driving to and from the track 8hrs each way I’d say it was a sleepless and eventful week with and would do it all over again next race. See you at the 14 hour night race at NJMP

Just denied a engine core for obvious reasons. A customer had called me roughly 6 months later to claim his core which is way over time but I told him to bring it over anyway Thinking it’s just like any other core. The deal is you get your core deposit on a rebuildable core. Aka not locked or windowed but this motor lived on the back of this guys work pickup and has sand/ rubble in the oil filter housing and Intake and got wet from the rain. Adding insult to Injury despite me telling the guy I have a forklift they rolled the engine off the bed of the pickup in the dirt🤦‍♂️ which is an obvious big no-no in case there’s any fluid still in it and possibly getting damaged. I lifted the engine up with the forklift and noticed all of the dirt. I told him I’ll give him 50 bucks for it since it’s scrap at this point. She denied it and I loaded it back in his truck. SMH

Today’s service is simple on a 2013 Cayenne diesel. Change the oil and change the cabin filter… I think we’re going to have to pull out the vacuum for this one. New filter to the left old filter to the right

If your a true euro car Enthusiast you don stick to only one brand… people know me as the crazy BMW guy. What people don’t know is the STAR is what I grew up with and will always be a part of my life. I grew up with all euro cars from Mercedes, Bmw, VW, porsche and Audi. Some other oddball makes that weren’t found or common in the US aswell.

Here’s a 92’ 300SL with 13k miles and a 86’ 560SL with 26k miles

There is the saying in Polish “ nie ma jazdy bez gwiazdy„ or „ bez gwiazdy nie ma jazdy„ which is a rhyme and translates too “there is no ride without a Star” but it doesn’t translate well with English.
