Must have experience welding s/s 16 ga tig , no burn through
Some polishing but mostly cosmetic tig welds ,no grinding
Able to work from print start to finish and build weldments, fixtures work with high tolerance
Working with 80% s/s, 10% alum.10% steel
Must be able to bend, cope and build railing - layout stairs
Lathe and mill experience a plus
Pay equal to experience 26 and up
Willing to train interested individual
Start immediately
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: Wire and terminate for new machinery, conveyors, equipment, control panel assembly, wire management, PLC knowledge, programming a plus, Trouble shoot for in-house equipment, CNC retrofit upgrades

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

•Mechanically inclined; mechanical skills as appropriate for assembling control panels and terminating/wire management
•Ability to follow directions, work independently, and follow through on tasks to completion
•Reliable, on-site attendance required
•Setup test run equipment
•Self-motivated

2. Shop
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Person must be detailed oriented and organized.
Job includes- (will train)
• Cutting Material to Length using saw and/or shear
• Operating CNC Water Jet Machine
• Unload and Stock Material
