Our last round was the #1 Reg CF campaign of 2025, oversubscribed beyond the SEC's $5M cap. We reserved $500K of this round at that same valuation for non-accredited investors who missed out.

That allocation is now fully subscribed. 🎯

This round is funding the commercial scale-up of Beltdraulics™ — our belt-driven, fluid-free actuation system replacing hydraulics across heavy machinery. We hosted a Robotics & Hard Tech Demo Night at RISE HQ in Somerville as part of Boston Tech Week, and the response blew us away.

250+ attendees packed our lab at 1 Union Square to watch hardware in motion: engineers who've spent decades in industrial equipment, investors hunting for the next industrial breakthrough, and founders building the future of hard tech. ⚡⚙️
