Micro in Somerset NJ celebrates the work of our local partner, HomeSharing, Inc. on National Nonprofit Day!

HomeSharing's mission is to create affordable housing solutions by matching those seeking housing with those who need additional income or services to maintain their homes while fostering independence and dignity. Over the years, HomeSharing has made more than 1,800 housing matches, with the average length of housing being 15 months and the longest 20 years!

How does HomeSharing work? It all begins with an intake call or visit to screen potential clients, with the goal of helping individuals who need additional income or assistance maintain B3and remain in their homes or apartments (Providers) and individuals searching for safe and affordable housing in the community (Seekers).
