Day 3 at the Ohio Hospital Association Energy, Infrastructure & Innovation Summit focused on powering the future of health care through resilient infrastructure, innovative funding strategies, emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
Topics ranged from Energy-as-a-Service and grant funding to microgrids, onsite generation and strategies to strengthen hospital reliability in an increasingly complex environment.
A highlight of the day was the interactive CELL simulation, where teams managed a hospital system over a 7-year period while balancing budgets, patient satisfaction, reputation and emissions goals through unexpected challenges. Congratulations to Gardiner’s own Michael Mandilakis and his team for taking home the win!
