Day 13 of early voting is in the bag. Here are some highlights of the days adventures. More to come tomorrow. Polly and I say a big thank you to the many volunteers who have been on the ground at the various early voting sites. We will win this race because of each of you and your sacrifice of time and treasure to help us win NC House District 64.

Day 11 of early voting. Just a few more days to get out and early vote. Bank the vote as they say. The lines were smaller today - best time to be at Mebane Arts was 6:30 -7:30pm. Polly and longtime friend Debbie Brooks made a great team. Don't forget to get your like-minded friends to the polls. Long days but well worth the effort.

Day 8 of early voting. We ended the day at Graham Recreation Center with Michael Trollinger, Peter, Polly and I. Not much traffic around 7:15 so Polly and I slipped in to vote. Thankful for the folks who are working long days and nights to keep our polls open and running smoothly. Have you voted yet?

Day 7 of early voting was mostly spent in session at the NCGA. We voted on additional appropriations for folks in western Carolina and down east along the coast. This is going to be a very long and expensive process. Don't stop thinking, praying and helping our friends out west. I believe we will be working on this disaster recovery for a long long time.

Early voting day 4. "This little sign of mine......I'm gonna let it shine!!" Another battlefield casualty! This sign was sitting in the midst of many other signs at an early voting location but for some odd, peculiar, strange reason it was the only sign assaulted.
We were able to resuscitate it and put it back in service so all is well in the life of this little sign of mine.
