I'll tell you what, life has a weird way of steering you in the right direction.
Looking like it's time to put more focus into building and maintaining again.
That said, the last couple years building and maintaining Nascar level stock cars on the weekends has definitely brought back my love for wrenching!

And, for the record. In the last 4 months, while working a 50 plus hour a week job building houses and digging giant freaking holes, we've done 3 clutch jobs, 5 brake jobs, more wheel seals then I would like to count, more electrical problems on varying Vehicles then I would especially like to count... It's been ridiculous, I'm going to need some help this winter...

Well, this thing is absolutely amazing! Been doing weekend clutch jobs, services and vehicle upkeep from anything down to Ford Ranger all the way up to W900 and brand new John Deere 130 track-hoes. My wife and I have good health insurance now and I have paid vacation! This winter should be pretty amazing! Don't let the little birdies fool you, Northwest Fleet Service is still in absolutely full swing!

As of this week, I have scaled the operation back to part-time. We are not closing down Northwest Fleet Service. Two and a half years of wrenching 7 days a week will wear you down. At Cajun Excavating I would wrench for a couple weeks and then operate equipment for a couple weeks . Broke up the monotony of the job , I miss that . I am still taking calls and scheduling work for evenings and weekends, any weekday roadside emergencies are being forwarded to a couple othertrustworthy mobile guys in the area. I love my customers and my job. Thank you to all of our customers, this has gone better than I ever imagined it would.
