Founded in 2008, Randy decided to open his own business for small engine and tool repair, something Sneads Ferry was lacking. His dream to have his own business came after Portanail in Wilmington closed its doors, where he was the Service Manager and helped in research and development for 12 of the 15 years that he was employed there. We are currently the only authorized Warranty Service Center in

the world for Portanail Brand Tools. We also sell Flooring Nails for hardwood floors, stainless steel nails, and staples. We service small engines such as lawnmowers, chain saws, wood chippers, generators, pressure washer pumps. We sharpen blades and chains, and also can order parts for the "Do-it-yourself" professional. We can pick up and deliver your equipment by appointment, and take all major credit cards by phone. Owned and operated by Randy & Melissa Coston. Relocated in July 2015, we love our new location. Our busiest time of year is the spring and summer so we encourage you to get your outdoor power equipment ready early for the season.
