Our thoughts and prayers are with our customers and their families as we all face the challenges presented by the COVID-19 outbreak. The health and well-being of our employees, customers, and their families are of utmost importance to us. Like all of you we are striving to respond to the situation with as little disruption as possible.
River City Equipment Rental remains open and committed to serving our customers. We have however adapted some of our normal business procedures to adhere to the guidelines of the CDC, state and local governments. Please see the following important updates:
• We ask that if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has experienced symptoms, please do not come to our facilities
• Facilities will remain open with limited staffing and limited for public access at this time
• Office staff have been supplied with the technology they need to seamlessly transition to being able to work from home and will be available during normal business hours thru video conferencing, phone and email
• Service departments will remain operational with no interruptions for parts and service needs at this time
River City Equipment Rental understands the importance and sense of urgency needed to eliminate the spread of this virus. We are continually monitoring the situation to ensure we are taking appropriate measures.
