Hello strip and wax friends! I've posted several different posts about the LS-20 Battery Powered Stripper over the last few years and I always get basic questions from people that are seeing it for the first time. So, I thought I'd go back to the beginning and do an informative "1st time" post. I know there'll always be questions, but I hope this helps.
The LS-20 is a Battery Powered Strip machine powered by two 12V 105 Ah batteries delivering up to 6 hours of run time. A 3/4HP 24V motor spins at 200RPM with a brush pressure of up to 100lbs. Standard brush is a 46 grit MalGrit XTRA heavy duty stripping brush, but other choices are available.
Features include 10" non-marking wheels, LED battery display, ergonomic adjustable handles, on board automatic battery charger, easy on/off brush design. wrap around splash guard, twin trigger switches, and a 3 year Limited Warranty. A 5 gallon solution tank is available at additional cost.
These machines are hand built one at at time. No assembly line. No robotics. No computers. Just me and my tools.
